Prayers

For a few months now Rodneys prayers have been very simple. He always wants me to start him off by saying dear and then he goes from there. It usually went heavenly father, thank you for jesus. Jesus christ amen. Last night he mumbled a bunch of gratefuls but the only one I could understand was grateful for my bed. Tonight he said the cutest prayer. Dear (mom) heavenly father, thankful for today, thankful for my bed, grateful for my guns, Jesus Christ amen. Mark got him his first little toy rifle tonight from sportsmens warehouse and apparently he really likes it because it expanded the scope of his prayers for the first time! :) I love this little man of ours!

Rodney has been wearing some sunglasses with sunflowers that we got from the doctor a few years ago all morning. I told him that I liked his cool glasses. His response was yeah, they were twenty bucks! Shrugs his shoulders and walks away. :)

At the car wash!

Last night mark wanted to take Rodney through a car wash. So we did! Rodney was pretty interested in the car in front of us going through and somewhat nervous about when it was our turn. Once we got in he was excited when it started but worried about the windows covered in soap! He was a little jumpy when there were louder noises or when the water was cleaning the bottom of the car. I think it was because he couldn't see anything when it was so noisy. There were lots of facial expressions through it and I tried to catch some with the camera on my phone. They are a little blurry because he kept moving to see what the heck was going on! :) it was pretty darn cute! By the end he had a huge smile on his face and was asking to go again! I love this little man!
